    The journal Badania nad Schizofrenia (Research on Schizophrenia) is published annually by the Department of Psychiatry of the Medical University of Lublin and the Lublin Science Association for the Development of Psychiatry (Lubelskie Stowarzyszenie Naukowe na Rzecz Rozwoju Psychiatrii).

    The BNS is directed at wide circle of psychiatrists and clinical psychologists concerned with the problem of schizophrenia and its numerous aspects: theoretical, biological, psychological, social, forensic, as well as therapeutic and rehabilitating aspects.

    The BNS publishes also articles concerning other fields of psychiatry as well as psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and related basic sciences as VARIA.
